The Higher Institute of Management Studies (HIMS) Buea was established in 2008 by the Ministry of Higher Education in Cameroon, under Creation Order No. 08/0255/MINESUP of 03/10/08 and Opening Order No. 08/0256/MINESUP of 03/10/08. Since its inception, HIMS Buea has been committed to providing high-quality education, fostering academic excellence, and equipping students with the practical skills and competencies needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

Higher National Diploma (HND)
The Higher National Diploma (associate degree) is issued to successful candidates by the Ministry of Higher EDucation after a two year university course
Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech)
This top-up B.Tech undergraduate programme is a one year degree programme for holders of the Higher National Diploma (HND). The programme is mentored by The University of Bamenda
Bachelors of Business administration (BBA)
The Bachelor of Business Adminiatration (BBA) degree is a three year undergraduate programme, the BBA does not require students to pass through the HND. It is a direct entry programme mentored by the University of Bamenda
Master of Business administration (MBA)
Our MBA programme is a two year postgraduate course under the strategic mentorship of the university of Bamenda. The purpose id to train top notch business executives with the right skills and competences to drive the modern economhy
